I've been working with Ziggy in my home for just about a month now and I'm seeing great improvement in my mobility. She specializes in mobility, stretching, and strengthening and what she does works! She's very patient- pushes me as hard as I need to be pushed- and at the same time she listens and is always watching to make sure you get the most out of each routine. I've been working out with Coach Ziggy for about five weeks and it has been a wonderful experience! I came in, feeling very weak, with injuries and needing a lot of guidance. I recently started training with Ziggy since recovering from a surgery and few injuries. Finding a trainer who could teach me good form, meeting me exactly where my body was, was really important.
