Service Description

Experience hands on assisted stretching using a style of therapy known as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). PNF is a method of muscle activation and relaxation that results in improved blood flow and a deeper stretch than is achievable on ones own. Best when paired with personal training as strength and mobility are interconnected and your body needs both to be strong and pain free. I bring everything (table, pillow and any other tools).
