Service Description

My online personal training service offers fully customized, follow-along workouts designed specifically for you. Each session is filmed and includes detailed form cues and guidance throughout, ensuring you’re supported every step of the way. You’ll receive a private YouTube link for easy access to your workout, which includes a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down stretch. It’s like I’m right there with you, coaching you through each move. Plus, with weekly or bi-weekly video call check-ins, we’ll discuss your progress, adjust your program as needed, and stay connected to keep you on track. Here's an example of an online personal training program! My client found me on social media, lives in another state but liked my message and wanted to work with me. She wants to workout 3x a week with an emphasis on strength training and stretching. I will send her access to her three workouts every Monday which include me guiding her through a 5 minute warm-up, 30-45 minute workout and 5 minute cool-down stretch focusing on her tighter areas that we'll address in the initial assessment. We will set up bi-weekly video calls to check in with each other and change the program as needed! Package Options: 4 sessions (1 video per week) 8 sessions (2 videos per week) 12 sessions (3 videos per week) 16 sessions 24 sessions 36 sessions
